No Hondata board. Has an empty chip socket (socketed for chipping) but no chip installed. Circuit board looks clean.

Case is rough: badly peeling black paint, surface rust on mounting tabs, SICKSPEED sticker on lid. Outer case label is worn and partly illegible; the part number is confirmed by the clean label on the internal board.

No harness or adapter included. Sold as pictured.
